Characteristics:
1. Main Characteristics of Hot-Dipped Galvanized Pipe:
The weight of zinc coating is more than 0.48kg/㎡ with smooth surfaces both inside and outside. With spangles on the surface of steel pipe, the galvanized pipe looks beautiful. The pipe is matched with automatic-stenciling equipment after galvanization, so signs on the whole bundle of pipes are orderly and wonderful.
2. The performance of the welded tube and parent metal is even with a welding parameter about 1. During the bursting test, the cracks usually happen in the parent part, which shows that the pressure can be endured to be the same with seamless pipe of equal specification.
3. Hydrostatic and eddy-current tests make sure no defective welded seams and opening tubes.
4. The link intensity of the welded tube is increased with an accurate size and a little ovality

Characteristics:
1. As the smelting craft improves, the content of S decreased to 0.004％ and that of inclusion is also lower. Moreover, stable chemical composition, small deviation and low Carbon Equivalent,  all create good conditions for welding.
2. The fine grain of hot-rolled strip achieves 10～12 level due to rolling and coldness control of hot strip and addition of Nb, V, T and other fine grain elements. Moreover, the mechanical performance of the welded tube possesses advantages with high intensity, good toughness, even performance and little difference of the head and tail performances of the steel coil.
3. It is helpful for casing’s anti-damage and anti-fastening performances because the welded pipe has even wall thickness, high-accuracy size, good straightness and small ovality.
4.
